Nick has made a great job of plastering the walls and ceilings of our 3 bedrooms, stairs and hallway in preparation for the decorators next week, willingly helped moving the furniture to access each room as he went and tidied up each day. Very happy from start to finish. The quote was competitive. Nick and his team turned up spot on time. Dust sheets from the front door and over everything. The work done to re-fill our old chimney breast hole and re-plaster was done to a very high standard.
Issues with our sub-layers were overcome without asking for more money. Everything was tidied and hoovered perfectly before leaving. I would definitely recommend Nick's work and will definitely be calling on him again for future projects.

Before having our kitchen re-fitted, we needed to have the existing walls and ceiling skimmed over. Nick came to us by recommendation. He supplied a quote the day after visiting and was able to fit in with our schedule. He was reliable, hard working, clean and tidy. We first used Nick's services to re-plaster some of the walls of of our daughter's Victorian terraced flat in Basingstoke and he did an excellent job. So when a leaking tank caused serious water damage to our ceilings we had no hesitation in asking him to provide an insurance quote. As this was a very competitive price (significantly less than the second quote we obtained) our insurers authorised him to undertake the re-plastering and redecorating. We now have a ceiling that looks as good as new, plastered and painted, and the walls of the landing, staircase and hallway all decorated in our choice of colours, together with the banisters beautifully gloss painted. And when a old plastered wall in the Basingstoke flat fell to pieces, Nick came round at short notice and not only repaired it but also made good some other old defects that had been revealed.
Always polite, friendly and cheerful, Nick and his team are old-school craftsmen who will not only carry out the work you require to the highest possible standard, when they leave the only way you'll know that someone has worked on your house will be the superb finish, so spotlessly do they clean up when the job's done. We were recommended to Nick by two separate people on the same day. Nick called in that same evening and had the quote prepared for us within 24 hours, which we readily accepted and arranged for him to start the work. Nick prepared, plastered and coved three main rooms for us.
At all times he was courteous, always made sure that the rooms were covered with dust sheets and made sure that the dust sheets were put down straight to the main outside door. His work is of an excellent standard and he always cleaned up each day so that we were not disrupted too much whilst the work was being done.
On the last day he made sure that he left the rooms clean, vacuumed and that additional work like putting clips back into window recesses for vertical blinds were done. He also washed down the driveway completely to ensure that the whole area was clean and tidy.
We would thoroughly recommended Nick to work in your house and will be employing him again in the spring for more work. Thank you Nick.
